Gin & Rose Cocktail

Prepare the foam mix for later use, using the Xantana dissolved in the warmed up coconut milk. Add the previously infused gin in the cocktail shaker filled with ice, the rose water and the Kaffir Lime Leaves. Shake it well.

Serving tip
Pour in the glass of your choice. To decorate we used the powdered Kaffir Lime Leaves on top of a coconut foam infused with Kaffir Lime Leaves.
