Slice the onion, garlic and ginger. Fruit this with Kaffir Lime Leaves and Cardamom Leaves in a little oil.

Add the diced pumpkin and potatoes and cook it until it has a glance. Add the turmeric and the vegetable stock.

Boil it all until cooked and blender it to a desired thickness.

Garnish this tastefully in a bowl with the yogurt and cress and drizzle some avocado oil.
